I inadvertanly blocked myself (my cell phone) so now when I call I get the message that the nubmer has been disconnected. :( I cannot find anyway to edit this. Any idea other than not calling my home anymore :) Ooma Telo with basic service

Go here: https://my.ooma.com/blacklists . Click on your number, then click on delete.

Preferences/blacklists only gives me an option to sign up for Premier services. :(

You will have to call Customer Support and have them disable blacklists. They should have been turned off when your Premier trial expired.
