Caller ID? Why did my Ooma stop announcing who's calling?

Caller ID? Why did my Ooma stop announcing who's calling?

My Ooma has stopped announcing who's calling once the old number porting process was finalized. Instead, it just shows the person who's calling and their number. What happened? When I first sign up, it was nice to hear Ooma announcing the person who's calling and their number. Now, I don't hear anything. Is there a reason for this? Is this part of the Premiere package? I'm still on the 60 days promotional period. I appreciate any info on this matter.

Not too sure what you are saying. Are you consistently not seeing name + number? What do you mean by announce? Your phone or?

Call screening is part of Premier.
Check your my.ooma account to see if the box for call screening is still checked.
