I just purchased a wireless plugin from the OOMA add-ons, but have not yet received a confirmation of the purchase nor any indication as to when i can expect delivery.

Can anyone help?

Look under https://my.ooma.com/account/billing_history and see if you were charged for the Ooma Telo Wi-Fi dongle.

I contacted support but got a e-mail that it was still being processed and then it showed up two days later after the e-mail...at my house in a envelope stuffed with packing bubbles....see my post today on the installation of the wireless adapter...everything went well with the set-up....call quality good...very little problems...give it a 4.2 out of 5...
