My family and I have decided to not use our home phone anymore. We're just going to stick with out cell phones. How do we cancel Ooma?

Just know that you will not get any money back if you subscribed to premiere service, even though you may not have used it all. They have been hitting me with satisfaction survey's and they emailed me back saying they were going to look into my possibly getting a credit if I came back, but, like before, days have gone by and nothing more from customer service. It's too bad because when it worked, it worked very well, but then have a problem and get less than good customer service, is a deciding factor.
