I recently installed the ooma mobile app on my iphone expecting 250 free minutes per month because I have a "Premier, Lifetime Subscription" but the first time I used the service it told me that I had only 90 minutes available. After contacting customer service, I am now being told that the free minutes are only for Premier members that pay a monthly or yearly service fee and that because my status is Lifetime Premier I am ineligible. oh yeah, the 90 minutes represent the fact that I have a $1.00 credit on my account ($1.00 = 90 minutes domestic calling).

I then asked the customer service rep to escalate this issue because of wording like the following that just state you need to be a premier customer.

For a limited time promotion, Ooma Premier customers who also subscribe to Ooma's International Bundle will get 750 minutes of free calling in the U.S. and to 70 other countries. So, now to my question. Does anyone here get 250 free minutes and have a service level of: Premier, Lifetime Subscription?

Disregard the announcement. If you are Premier, no matter what kind, you'd get 250 min domestic minutes with $0 cost.

Have you tried calling and looked at the balance? The activites should all come out with $0 cost.

As for using these free minutes with international plan, Ooma has done away with that a while ago. The 250 minutes are only for domestic calls now.
