Enhanced Call Waiting and Instant Second Line not working

Enhanced Call Waiting and Instant Second Line not working

I am a new Ooma Telo user with my landline phone number recently ported. I am in my free-trial period for the Premier service. Many old phone handsets are attached to my Ooma and work fine. However, neither the Instant Second Line feature nor the Enhanced Call Waiting appear to work on my system. Everything I have read appears to indicate that both these features should work without my having to set anything up. However, one item I read appeared to indicated that both these systems require the use of the Telo Handset in order to work. Is this the reason the two features do not work for me currently?

Enhanced call waiting meaning other phones would ring when 2nd call comes in?

That feature along with instant second line would require the Telo handset(s).
