Multi0ring forwarding not working since porting completed

Before my # was ported, when someone called my (temporary) number, my cell phone rang simultaneously via Multi-ring, which is, of course, what I wanted. Yesterday evening my old # from Vonage was ported. Since then, Multi-ring isn't working. EVERY call that I receive rings on my cell phone only and not my home phone. I've checked the settings in my Premier account, and those check out fine. This is a very important feature for me for a few reasons, so for it not to work is a major problem. If this cannot be fixed, I cannot remain with Ooma.

Any suggestions? I'm baffled as to what is causing this.
