The 4/13 internet issue seems to have killed my Oooma Scount. Well, that is what is seems like.
After 5:30 on 4/13 I reset my Ooma Hub and everything went back to normal. The OOMA blue light on my Ooma hub is now happy.
However, I went to reset my Ooma Scout by disconnecting the power for 1 minute. I plugged it back it....and the lights go through the basic debug check..and then within 15-20 seconds all the lights go away. Nothing...notta..not one light. Not even the little ooma light stays on (typically I would see this Red if there was a problem).
I went into the OOMA/Lounge and the device is setup as a separate device with its own phone number.
I am lost...and any help would be appreciated.
