Per call basis, you can pre dial *70. In order to remove it permanently, you can call Ooma customer service.

One thing you will need to be aware of. Yes, they can disable your call waiting. All that does is remove the tone you get when a call comes in and you're on the phone. The calling party will not get a busy signal. All they'll get is continuous ringing. I was hoping that they would get a busy signal but was told that wasn't possible!

That's because you disabled your voicemail as well. The call would go into VM if you don't answer.
