Made a call to Ireland this morning for 1 minute and the announced balance before the call was two hundred and some minutes. Three hours later when trying to make another call to Ireland the announced balance was 0 (zero) minutes. Where did they go? I signed up for the premier service so that this would not happen and will drop everything if this is how the system works.

I have had these kind of problems in the past also. You have to contact Ooma Customer Support to get the problems corrected:
