Paring of handset to base telo

I have followed the instructions on enabling the antenna to blink rapidly and the red pushbutton on the handset. All I get is "Searching" on the handset. No enter pin or anything. What the heck now do I do?
Also support hours need to fit the customer. Not many of us can take off from work to be calling tech support during normal working hours.

If you are following instructions and it doesn't work, try resetting your handset: viewtopic.php?t=10782#p75053
