Not sure if this is a taboo topic to bring up but I happened to have a mini-USB bluetooth adapter lying around and it looked a lot like the OOMA one so i thought, what the heck? And it works! Ok so maybe not officially supported but it seems to pair fine with 2 of my iphones and a jawbone headset. I had some difficulty dialing a call (using *15) using the adapter but that may be user issue. Don't know if all of the belkin mini adapters are the same, but they do list price for $29 same as OOMA's but you can find it cheaper at many places like Amazon:
