Renewing Premier Service

Mine is set to expire on Sept 29, 2011, I found it intresting Ooma wouldn't allow me to pay now?
They said I must wait for the auto renew, well today I have the money to renew, in Sept it might be different.
I found it intresting customer support wouldnt allow me to pay today?

The charge comes off of the credit card on file automatically and they probably don't have a good exception process in place to go around the automated system.

If the amount is of concern, you can probably call in now to have your subscription change to monthly vs yearly when your current plan expires. That way, you're charged only $9.99 per month vs $119.99 at once.
