I have a Core Hub that I originally set up with a (ported) 281 area code # last year. We subsequently moved to area code 319, so I signed up for Premier, got a new 319 #, and made the 319 # primary. We've subsequently stopped Premier after the move (plus a bit of time). I expected this to cause the 281 # to no longer function.
Strangely, I still show two assigned #s. The 281 # is still being serviced, but it seems to only go to voicemail (which I can retrieve/play/delete) and doesn't ever ring through. These 281 # calls don't even show up on my call logs.
While it's not a problem, it's a minor annoyance. Any clue on how to remove the second line?
