Can't hear on mobile app

Can't hear on mobile app

I have a Droid X running 2.3.3 and the mobile app will not transmit the voices after a call is connected. I tried re-generating the password and checked my settings and all is correct. The call gets placed, the phone rings, but neither party can hear the other -- even when the other party is on Ooma! :(

I downloaded the app to my iphone 4 and am having the same problem. The call says it is connected and the other person's phone rings but I don't hear anything. I also tried to regenerate the password, checked settings, etc. Any help is appreciated.
