Anonymous Call Blocking occurring without Premier

Hi,

I don't have Premier and hence don't have the Anonymous Call Blocking feature. Yet I have had reports from people calling us that they don't get through because they get a message saying anonymous calls are not accepted on this line/number.

Anyone else experiencing this? Have logged a ticket with support.

Ooma Core base service users would still have this feature: https://my.ooma.com/privacy

Do you have Core or Basic? Do you see the option configuarable?
