It's called CID spoofing. With a little technology, you can make a recipient's caller id say anything you want it to. Like the spam that people send you that says it's from you.
Now if we could just get all those who do either to stand still in a room while we beat the bloody heck out of them.... whoops - I guess that is old nature. But wouldn't it feel great?
