Contact Group

Post by tkc9789 » Wed May 25, 2011 4:45 pm

Contact group appears to be missing on my account. When I try to edit an existing contact, there are no more groups to select. Anyone else experience the same?

Select one or more contacts, clicking on the Group icon would give you option to move to the different groups you may have added.

When I click on the Group icon under "Contacts", it no longer pulls up any of my groups.

Do you have your groups showing up on the left side under "All?"

If you have groups on the left, then selecting one would show you contacts belonging to that group on the right. Checking 1 or more contacts then clicking on the "Group" icon on the right would give you options to remove the contacts from group or add to another group. Adding contacts to another group wouldn't remove contacts from the current group.

If you are showing All contacts, then selecting 1 or more contacts and clicking on Group icon would give you options to add them to different groups you have.

No. They've disappeared. Including the default groups like "friends", "family" etc.

I've recreated the groups and re-added the contacts. Just wonder if I'm the only one having this problem.....

My groups are exactly like they were when I created them a long time ago.
