premier service- auto renewel?

My sister purchased a new Telo. Does she have to call support to cancel premier so she isn't charged? Right now she is in her 60 day trial.

From now until the trial ends, she can opt out here: https://my.ooma.com/account/services
Opting out doesn't end the trial, it just means she won't be automatically enrolled after the trial ends.
