I bought an Ooma telo and i am porting a number to it. I just need the basic service not the Premier. My Premier trial period ended and I was put in the montly Premier plan. But i do not need it , I just need the basic. Am i am going to get a cancellation fee if I change from the Premier to the basic? :(

No, there is no cancellation fee but if you are porting your number, you might want to consider that the porting is free with a paid one-year subscription. That brings the actual cost for Premier way down in your first year. I personally like the added features but needs do vary. You will need to let ooma know that you want to cancel the Premier service. I don't believe you can do it without contacting ooma customer support - but I could be wrong. Their number is 888 711-6662.
