I bought an Ooma telo and i am porting a number to it. I just need the basic service not the Premier. My Premier trial period ended and I was put in the montly Premier plan. But i do not need it , I just need the basic. Am i am going to get a cancellation fee if I change from the Premier to the basic?

No, there is no cancellation fee but if you are porting your number, you might want to consider that the porting is free with a paid one-year subscription. That brings the actual cost for Premier way down in your first year. I personally like the added features but needs do vary. You will need to let ooma know that you want to cancel the Premier service. I don't believe you can do it without contacting ooma customer support - but I could be wrong. Their number is 888 711-6662.
