My My Ooma call logs have been going crazy since Saturday. Some calls are missing from the log and others are repeated many times. I have one call that has its entry repeated 177 times!

Maybe the "Rapture" was an Ooma dashboard rupture of logging :shock:

Last night the call log started showing recent entries. Although previous repeated entries are still there, it seems to be back to normal for new entries now.

Mine has not updated since May 18 and now the call log shows 698 calls from that blocked number, same time, date and duration.

We fixed the issue with the repeated call logs last night, so you shouldn't see any new instances of many duplicate call records. We're also planning some development to prevent this from happening in the future.

We're still working on reducing the time it takes for calls to appear in your call logs in My Ooma. Under normal circumstances, it takes less than a minute, but it appears to be taking about 2 hours right now.

Thank you Bobby B. However, is there something that could be done about the hundreds of duplicate calls in the log? The reason I ask is that the statistics shown on the dashboard are now skewed by the redundant log entries.
