P.S. I have a good internet connection (based on the PhonePower site test). Bought my Telo in early April and the call quality is outstanding. During initial setup the instructions say to connect the Telo to one of the router's ports (i.e. behind the router) to facilitate install of latest, automatic, firmware update. I have been running this way ever since that initial setup with no issues. So far, this has been a great hardware product and VOIP system. I bought Ooma based on the recent Consumer Report, high reader satisfaction rating on voice quality.
