My company also uses a conference call number that OOMA doesn't like. I've listened to this message many times without finding the URL as the message leaves out "info" and just says my.ooma.com/trafficpumpers. I finally googled the term to get to this forum where I found the correct link. The least OOMA can do is get the correct link in their message. They can't expect any action if no one can find the link.

Takes me to below URL fine.
My recommendation to folks that call these numbers....find other ways to get there. Otherwise, don't be surprised if you get charged in the future or even get terminated:
"Please note that because of the costs resulting from calls to these numbers, additional usage charges may apply for calls of this type in some circumstances"
