Nothing Seems to be working

When someone calls, the phone rings but we cannot talk, the line is dead. I cannot call out, after the Ooma dialtone I can enter numbers butt hen there is just silence. I cannot even check my voicemail directly on the Ooma Telo, only via the web. I have disconnected the Telo twice to reset it. Anything else I can try?

How about describing your setup? Did you set up the Ooma with landline integration, or without? What is connected to each connector on the Ooma, and with what sort of cable (6-pin or 8-pin)? What lights display on the Ooma? Is there a router in your configuration, and (if so) is the router between the modem and Ooma, or is the Ooma between the modem and router? Do you have PCs on a LAN, and (if so) how are they connected, and do they have Internet access? Without this basic information, no one can attempt to help. With it, probably the answer will be immediately apparent.
