I have read on these Forums that Caller ID name propagation can take 2-3 weeks through telcos, but my personal experience is that my ported number still lists telephone number only, although my port completed a little over three weeks ago. I'm planning to wait a little longer before contacting CS to ask about this issue. I've had several people tell me they did not recognize my number when I called them (and I've had it for many years). At least it no longer says "Ooma, Inc." when I call them (temp Ooma number)!skiptio wrote:My port just completed. When I dial outbound the caller ID shows my number but not a name.
