I have had a Ooma unit for 2 years. I decided to buy a new unit to switch out with my old unit. I called and ordered 1 year premier on my new unit and than tried to transfer my account from the old unit to the new unit. The new unit has never been used, was purchased from an authorized retailer and was factory sealed when received.

I was told I had to pay to transfer the new unit to my account because it was already registered. I never registered the unit, I only added premier. I take it the agent registered the unit with out my knowledge or consent and now Ooma wants to charge me for something they said was free.

Who do I contact to get this straightened out?
