number porting problem

Post by tslee » Sun Mar 29, 2009 6:22 pm

I requested my number porting on Feb 5. After one week I contacted CSR to check the status. Then he said he could not find my record. So I sent again my LOA and my previous vonage bill. I waited for about a month and contact CSR again to check the status. Still at that time she could not find my record and said some one contact me later. But no one contact me again. I sent several emails about this problem but there is no reply at all. Every time I tried to contact CSR I waited more than 20 mins. It is too difficult for me to get number ported!! I don't know how much I must wait for the number porting...

I'm on ten weeks now, they say they are working on it and it should be completed ASAP, but that was a week ago. I hope this gets done soon as I will be moving in about 3 weeks.
