The just downloaded the app and tried to use it. It keeps crashing. I have also re-installed. Still the same problems.

How do I get my money back?

I've been using my app since it came out for iphone and I recently install the update Ooma Mobile HD and it stop working. It keeps telling me Login error account not initialized. I did reset my password and try to reinitialize my mobile account but nothing works. How can I install back the old version because this one is not working. Help!

@alfsoft. I have the same issue. You must disable (on My Ooma) then enable with new password. Enter the new password on the iPhone app, then reboot. I got it to work after I did this but after a couple of calls, it will occur again and you will have to reboot your iPhone and the error will go away (no need to disable/enable). Hopefilly they will come out with a fix soon.
