Setup.ooma.com

Post by timmartin » Sat Feb 12, 2011 12:27 am

Anyone else seen the setup pages load as plain text instead of HTML? Using webkit browsers like safari, chrome, and iPhone all the pages look like text HTML source except the Bluetooth page. I think all the others are missing sone of the opening lines and are thus invalid HTML.

They used to work. I dunno if a firmware update broke em.

Are you running Kaspersky anti-virus? It is known to cause that problem.

Nope. On a Mac, no virus software being used.

Google Chrome does the same thing for me as well. I use Fire Fox and it works fine.

Install Chrome IE extension to view Setup.ooma.com until Ooma software update mentioned by Bobby B.

Chrome IE helps display links in Newegg's newsletters showing HTML rendering problem is not limited to Ooma.
