When I call 860-482-5031 I get a recording that my ID info was not forwarded and I must speak my name to get connected. CAn you check on my ID being sent when I call someone?

First check to see if you enabled "Block display of my caller-ID for outbound calls" check box under My Ooma, Preferences, Privacy.

The caller ID is correct for 281-816-4042 but the ID is not sent to the number I call. I am calling from 281-816-4042.

Posted this after you posted saying your callerid is correct.

What does http://tnid.org tell you what your outgoing callerid is?

Maybe you can call someone else with callerid and ask what callerid they see?

If they at least see a number, then the number you are trying to call is erroneously blocking your number thinking it is anonymous.
