Incoming Call Problem

I just set up my Ooma 2 days ago. I am porting in my number and I am a premier customer. Primary line worked fine for a day. Now when someone calls the primary line the phone just ring endlessly on the callers end but never rings in the house. Voice mail never picks up either. What did i do? The second line works fine when dialed.

Welcome to ooma and to the forum.

It seems like you may have opted to use your existing phone number until your port completes. If so, then you need to run a modular cable between a working wall outlet in your home and the WALL port on the ooma box. Your phone or cordless base will connect to the PHONE port. Give it a try and let us know how it works out for you.
