Same issue happening here in Petaluma, CA (40 mi north of San Francisco). I can call out fine but can't get any calls to come in. A call via Google Voice returns a message 'Could not complete your call...'.

Also, Call Forwarding on Network Outage does not work in this case unfortunately.

The Ooma Service Status http://www.ooma.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=26 still shows everything as green!

Actually, the status on incoming calls shows as follows:
Ooma Calling Network
Status: Inbound outage for some customers
1/1/2011 - 7:20 PM Pacific, Inbound calls for some customers have been failing for the past few hours - we're currently working on resolving the issue with one of our upstream carrier partners.

SouthSound, since your carrier is Focal, I think yours worked okay.
