I have owned my Hub & Scout for about 6 months and I really like thios hardware. I am interested in purchasing an extended warranty with OOMA, but I want to make sure that if my device fails, I will receiva another Hub, not a Telo. Does anyone have any information on the extended warranty and the details?

If your Hub breaks within the normal or extended warranty period, we'll try to fix your Hub or replace it with another Hub. If we do run out of replacement Hubs or parts (note: we'll likely keep Hub rma stock over the next few years), then we'll replace your Hub with an equivalent device (e.g. Ooma Telo).

Thanks Bobby. How much does the extended warranty cost? Is it automatically included with a Premier purchase?
