VOIP HD vs. VOIP NON-HD

Post by rblakely53 » Tue Dec 07, 2010 8:01 am

In the link,

https://www.ooma.com/products/ooma-pure ... nt_to_call

it gives the opportunity to compare HD vs. non-HD VOIP. I found that Non-HD seems to be clearer than HD. Anyone else seeing this?

What kind of computer speakers do you have?

I found the HD example to sound "crisper" and there was more "hiss" on the non-HD example... The amount of hiss is very similar to what I hear when using my hub to make calls.

So I'm thinking the frequency response of your speakers may not be that great.
