Cannot access my account on ooma on the internet

Have no internet access anymore to ooma, It was sorry, contact customer service.,

Everything was fine for the last 6 months and this started 1 month ago. I have called customer servie
7 times and they tell me they are working on it or wrote a ticket and when they get to it they
get to it.. Am on hold for half the phone call

Help me please.

You get error getting to my.ooma.com?
