Red and blue lights out on Hub

The indicator lights on my Hub that is slightly over a year old no longer function. I can not tell at a glance if the machine is on and I can't tell if I have voicemail without going online or calling. Is there a simple way to replace the bulbs?

Make sure that the intensity knob on the right side of the hub is turned up.
