What does it mean when blue lights are off?

Post by daranedmonds » Mon Oct 04, 2010 4:00 pm

Everything is actually working but the blue lights are no longer on. When there's a message the play button pulses orange but more faint now. Pressing other buttons elicits nothing - I thought pressing, for instance, the play button would starting playing old messages or prompt the hub to say how many messages are saved, etc. Now pressing buttons gets nothing. Only when there's a message will the hub respond to a touch now.

It seems like the hub is fading or something. We've only had this for about two months - anyone know what's going on?

Thank you!

Well there ya go. It's actually a little sun symbol on the face of the hub. Thank you.
