My blacklist setting are being disabled whenever I logout of my ooma. What am I doing incorrect. See steps below:
1. login to ooma.
2. configure blacklist as enabled for community and personal.
3. configure a phone number to blacklist.
4. log out of ooma.
5. login to ooma. Notice that all blakclist setting are disabled.

We filed bug 9480 which has to do with conflicting services in your account.

I went ahead & manually enabled Blacklists for you. See if you can add numbers to it.
If you still have trouble, you can send me a pm with the numbers or contact our support folks to have them do a manual add
