I attempted to upgrade to premier with number port tonight and the Portal crashes and displays an error page at the third step.

Last time I was helping a friend order port, I browsed back to hold my step, cleared history, cookies and tried again successfully.

It finally went through but Ooma nailed by card four times for $119.95.

It will be interesting to see how this turns out.
