I just got back from vacation and plugged the power adapter back on. None of the lights lit up, except number 1 and 2 are lit up blue. I tried to unplug and plugged it back on but no magic thing happen, still no lights but only 1, 2 are blue.
I've read the factory reset procedure, seem like I just can't do the reset since non of the lights on any other rows are on during start up.
Thanks for any inputs.
ATX.

Hello,

With your telo powered, do you see one solid & one flashing LEDs on the "To Internet" port on the back of your telo? If you connect your pc to the back of the Home port, can you access setup.ooma.com to view the settings?

Yes, I see a solid green light and a flashing yellow light.
I'll try to connect my labtop to the home port to see the setting .
Thanks...
Updated.
My computer can't access setup.ooma.com thru Home port connection.

Did you just connect the computer to the Home port, or did you also reboot it?
Run 'ipconfig' and tell us your computer's IP address.
