hi ooma staff.
when i set up the ooma it's working find. but when i turn it on again it has no power.
i bought my about 5 months already, is there any ways that i can return for a new one or fix it ?
i was so busy in travelling, just now registered and join this forum. please help what i can do and what is the next step i need to do. thanks and looking forward to hear from you.

Do you have 2 devices?
If so, I'm afraid I do not see any log files for one of the devices.
How do you have it configured & what lights do you see on the device?

yes, we 2 devices. 1 for downstair. we have 3 level home.
i registered and got the number that's pretty much it. that's why you don't see any logged shown.
just found out that i have one year warrantee, i'll send the unit over (call first before sending) fixing or something.
let me know what should i do.
