Whenever I try to disable CF I get the message "There was a problem saving your call forwarding preferences.".

Doesn't look like call forward is enabled on your account. Have you tried using Firefox?

I tried both firefox and IE but same thing. I then shut off the telo and tried again about an hour later and it worked that time. Not sure if it was a coincidence that it worked after shutting off the telo

Unplugging your Telo forced it to grab the latest configuration from ooma. Sometimes when all else fails, this is the best way to clear a problem. Did we say, "Welcome to ooma and to the forum?" if not, consider it said. We're glad you're here! :cool:
