I recently added Premier service and had difficulty adding my 2nd line number, I had to call Tech Support. Now when I go in to My Ooma to make changes for distinctive ring and call forwarding I get an error that the service is temporarily unavailable or that I can't save changes. I have restarted my Ooma but that didn't fix the issue. How do I correct this?

Currently an open issue in our system. Looks like you contacted our support folks & they
manually made an override change for you.

The over ride was just to add the 2nd line number. Now I can make calls to and from the new number but can't set any of the options. Should I call tech support to have them make the changes I need to make on it?

Correct, you will need to call support to make the changes unless you assign the 2nd number to a telo handset. By logging into the 2nd number in My Ooma, this would allow you to make changes.
