What's going on with My Ooma? I went online to add a couple of blacklist numbers and when I click on the blacklist icon, I get a duplicate of the call log, except it is only half the screen and I can do anything.

I am having the exact same problem. Just started using this service 2 days ago. Also, have been intermittently getting errors about the service being down....maybe related?

Hello,

azism: I made some changes, give it some time for the updates to go into effect & try blacklists later on.

CureFOP: Unfortunately, blacklist feature isn't supported with Landline configuration.

I am having the same issue with My Ooma? When I click on the blacklist icon, I get a duplicate of the call log, (half screen). I am also unable to add to my contacts as well!!.

Noon mountain time here and the blacklist still does not work for me. No landline configuration, just plain old set up as far as I know. Thanks for continuing to work on it.
