I used to be able to hear a callers message as it was being recorded. Now I can't - only when I play it back.
Is there some setting to change to fix this?

Call screening is a Premier feature. Did your Premier expire recently?

It turns out that the Premier trial gets you used to features that you don't know cost extra, and they then go away unexpectedly. I just talked to a pretty good support guy at ooma, and he says that they can't turn off the trial until the trial date expires, so you don't know what hit you, like in your case. This is unfortunate.

If you pay the $9.99 per month, though, I think you can get a free handset if you are telo, a second number, and the fees might be included, also (not sure on that), so it seems like it is worth it for you, anyway. If you ported a number in recently, I hear they will credit that back against a yearly Premier subscription? Good luck!
