I have a 1st generation ipod touch. Call goes through, but I can't hear anything, and they can't hear me. Any idea how to set volume levels for this app? I'm using an iphone headset/mic ear bud.
Also, how do you view credits in my account page on the website?
Thanks

I don't think there's a way to change the volume. If you pull the headset out and type a phone number on the dial keypad can you hear then?

Is your headset and mic working ok in other apps?

I'm using a 3rd gen touch and it's working fine.

You can see your prepaid credits under Account and then Prepaid Account. Here: https://my.ooma.com/account/prepaid
You should see your account balance there.

It is my understanding that only the 3gen IPod Touches work. I don't even think the current cheap $195 Touch will work. Rumor has it that Apple will be coming out with the 4gen Touch at the end of Sept 2010. Camera included. It's only a rumor. But you might want to wait and upgrade to that one in 3 months or so.

The remote party may not be able to hear anything because the 1st Gen iPod Touch doesn't support the Microphone without being plugged into an adapter on a dock connector.

We've updated the Ooma Mobile FAQ with more info on iPod Touches:
