prob saving call forward preferences

uh oh...just completed number porting and first problem is "problem saving call forward preferences." It was on multi-ring and it worked fine. But when I went to change to "forward on system outage," it won't change. It won't change any of the forward settings.
Any advice?

I am guessing your problem went away after you logged in using your ported in number?

actually, no, I am not able to change the call forwarding to anything but the multi-ring

Try using Firefox browser?

firefox? I noticed several others were having a problem with the multi-ring function, they couldn't turn it off.

Yes, currently an open bug in our system.
I manually disabled this for you.

I just tried saving my cf preferences again and they stayed this time. Problem solved for now...stay tuned
