Hi all,
I'm a happy Ooma customer for over a year now. I make a lot of international calls and frequently refill my prepaid account. I went to go do so recently and am getting a strange page when I click "prepaid account" to add funds. The page says "We're sorry, there was a problem processing the page"

It refers the unlucky user to this forum for help if it continues, well it does continue... I have tried two different computers. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? i am out of fund and my family is in Europe, I have no way to contact them by voice. Please help!

Try clearing your cookies.
Try Firefox if you are using something else.
If you are set to remain logged in to your account, log out and then log in with the box to remain logged in unchecked.
Log in and then click on the following link to go directly to the refill page.
