My scout will no longer disable or enable my direct to voice mail option. When I push the button nothing changes. So I have to go upstairs to my main hub to do that. Is there a fix for this? Should I just unplug them both at the same time? Thanks

Hello,

Unfortunately, I wasn't to lookup your account with the registered username.
Are you referring to the DoNotDisturb button(envelope)? Does your account have premiere services active?

If you can enable it from the hub & not the scout, you may want to return back to the store if within the return period
or contact our support folks to confirm what maybe wrong.
