I requested my number to be ported 5/26/2010. The status indication has not changed, information has not been verified. Is that normal? Seems to be taking a long time for any status update.

You can call CS to find out what the status is. You can also email loa@ooma.com (porting department).

My porting took a little over 2 weeks and it just happened, no email no nothing but thank goodness it has been woking flawlessly :D

Yes, contact CS. That is a long time for it not have even been updated at least to verified status. This is how long it took mine.

Order received: Received order on May 20, 2010
Information verified: Your porting info was verified on May 25, 2010
Port initiated: Number port is estimated to complete on Jun 09, 2010
Port scheduled for completion: Your port is scheduled to complete on Jun 09, 2010
Port completed: Your port completed on Jun 09, 2010
